85th Annual NABCA – National Alcohol Beverage Control Association Conference, May 23-26, 2022

In keeping with Flairsoft’s commitment to be a leader on the cutting edge of the industry, Theresa and Harry connected and networked with industry members to keep up to date on the current and future direction of the industry.

The entire alcohol beverage industry has pivoted into something new and unanticipated. The industry responded to these changes by adapting and evolving to meet customer demands even as supply chain challenges and technology accelerated these shifts.
What has become clear is that listening, understanding, and collaborating with one another is required to appropriately confront the concerns and issues faced within our changing industry. Embracing and adopting “Progressive Customer Service” practices and methods allow us to remain competitive and relative in this new business landscape.
