Job Description

The software developer position works in advanced software technologies such as C# ASP.NET utilizing the .NET Framework 4.0 to 4.8, SQL Server, and Oracle in a fast-paced environment developing cutting edge enterprise grade mission-critical software solutions. The developer in this position performs a full range of application design, database design, analysis and programming functions, has a working knowledge of design patterns, and understands the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and has the ability to coordinate, mentor, and coordinate the activities of Junior development staff.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage team members and take responsibility for delivering results.
• ASP.net webforms and MVC, Web API Development in C#
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, XML and JSON
• Database development (SQL Server and/or Oracle), including stored procedures and views.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate an ability to collaborate with the project team (project managers, business analysts, and business partners)
• Experience with the git source control
• 7+ years developing and supporting enterprise level applications

Desired Skills & Experience

• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) platforms
• Working knowledge of reporting platforms such as SSRS and Business Intelligence tools.
• Application and SQL query performance tuning
• Experience with ETL and data migration is a huge plus
• Some knowledge of mobile app development is a plus
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops is a plus
