Flairsoft Takes IRWA By Storm

July 14, 2014: What do light bulbs, car chargers, and a man with an iPad have in common? They were all part of Flairsoft’s new marketing package for IRWA 2014, one of the many surprises which Flairsoft shared with attendees at the greatest conference of the Right of Way world.

From June 22-25, Flairsoft highlighted Flairdocs through its 2014 marketing campaign, “Unleashing Efficiencies Through Innovation”, at the IRWA Education Conference in Hartford, Connecticut. With a brand new set of marketing materials, including a new booth, new brochures, and a new website, Flairsoft made a strong and unforgettable showing at one of the most important conferences in the industry.

The conference, which attracted more than 1000 of the top industry professionals from all around the world, featured motivational speakers, educational panels for those wishing to expand their knowledge of the Right of Way industry, social gatherings for attendees to mingle and network, and perhaps most importantly, the exhibition hall where top tier companies highlighted their products and services to visitors.

It was here that Flairsoft made its mark on the conference. The marketing campaign, “Unleashing Efficiencies Through Innovation”, focused on highlighting how, through the innovation of Flairdocs’ unique workflow management process, companies can take efficiencies hidden by antiquated processes and bring them out to bear on the bottom line. The marketing materials that Flairsoft brought to the conference were all, in one way or another, designed to highlight this connection.

On the smaller end, car chargers (reiterating the anytime, anywhere access of Flairdocs) and light bulbs (an image reminiscent of the concept of innovation) were given away to attendees, who also had a chance to drop business cards into a drawing for prizes. But the most memorable item of all had to be the gigantic, backlit, 10 x 10 new display that, in the dimly lit exhibition hall, quite literally glowed.

Afterwards, attendees were invited back to the Flairsoft suite at the Hartford Hilton for a social evening of food, drink, and good company. There, situated in a view overlooking the Constitution State’s capital, guests had an opportunity to learn more about the product, meet Flairsoft employees in person, and add a memorable time to their stay in Hartford.

“We [The Flairsoft Team] really enjoyed reconnecting with our former and existing clients, and forging new relationships with other companies during the conference,” said Naomi Zweben, Flairsoft’s Director of Business Development. “I’m personally very excited about the opportunities that have come from our meetings there.”

All in all, Flairsoft considers the conference a success, and looks forward to attending the next IRWA education conference. Surely there, as Flairsoft continues to grow, so will its abilities to show others the way to unleash efficiencies through innovation.
