Dheeraj Kulshrestha is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Flairsoft, a global information technology firm. Mr. Kulshrestha founded Flairsoft in 2001 and has developed it into the strong and innovative technology solutions company it is today, serving the U.S Air Force, Department of Defense, State of Ohio, State of Oregon and multiple fortune 500 companies. Flairsoft has grown 20%+ in the past 3 years. His thoughtful leadership got the Flairsoft team a unique recognition that is Topcat award for innovation from Tech Columbus community. Flairsoft today employs over 85 professional across multiple states within US. Mr. Kulshrestha has more than 28 years of successful hands-on technical and management experience in design and delivery of large-scale software solutions in multiple domains including state government, financial services and education. He was successfully able to lead Flairsoft into doing work with US Air Force and establish a strong reputation of a technology savvy company back in 2006. As an effective technology leader, he has delivered innovative technology solutions based on cloud computing, GIS, Service Oriented Architecture, e-Business, business intelligence and product development. He has served in a number of senior management roles involving strategic systems design, data architectures and advanced systems security management. He is an analytical thinker with the imagination and leadership skills to identify the idea that will best serve an agency’s bottom line. Mr. Kulshrestha inspires team members with his collaborative management style that promotes team involvement in strategic planning and open communication. Mr. Kulshrestha has experience in delivering effective IT solutions for a variety of industries, including public utilities, government and financial services. Prior to founding Flairsoft, he served in a number of senior management roles, including Vice President of Product Development at Ultryx, where he led the architecture of an asset management and supplier procurement system, and as the Director of Software Engineering for Fiserv, where he implemented electronic bill payment and banking solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. He also completed coursework towards PhD.
Coleen Magness, Vice President of Flairsoft’s product division, has served in numerous leadership positions in various sectors of the energy industry during her 20+ year career. As Director – Right of Way Coordination for the largest gathering and processing Master Limited Partnership in the U.S., she led a team of Land/ROW Managers and their staff, establishing the company’s standard practices and tools associated with the acquisition and management of land rights.
Coleen also served seven years as Vice President – Business Development for Cinnabar Service Company, a right of way staffing firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There she successfully provided right of way staffing services to multiple clients in various sectors of the energy industry. During her tenure with Cinnabar, Coleen oversaw right of way acquisition projects located in 8 states across the U.S.
Her collegiate studies were focused on Art & Geology at Oklahoma State University. She has been a member of the International Right of Way Association since 1997 and holds the SR/WA certification. She currently serves on the leadership panel of the International Pipeline Committee, a committee formed to advise and assist the Association on matters related to acquisition, construction, and operation of pipeline rights of way for public and private use.
Nick has 28+ years of consulting experience and is responsible for Flairsoft’s day-to-day operations and contracts management. He also assists in product and consulting marketing, as well as new business development activities. He is an experienced professional with a proven track record in project management and customer support. He has held key positions as a consultant, project manager and business leader for several firms. Prior to joining Flairsoft, Nick had 15+ years of experience in international business development for the “world leading international transportation consulting company”. Nick holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
As an experienced attorney and supply chain executive, Russ Steward is engaged in business strategy and contract compliance for AMS-PAR and its clients. AMS-PAR provides accounts payable audits, contract compliance reviews and contract administration services for Oil & Gas, Pipeline, and Energy industries.
He previously served as Vice President of Supply Chain for the Tennessee Valley Authority, including responsibilities to support TVA’s operational needs for nuclear, fossil, hydro and gas generation and related transmission fleet in all facets of supply chain management encompassing workforce management, strategic sourcing, category management, inventory management, investment recovery, fleet and transportation management.
Previous to TVA, Steward was the director of procurement at American Electric Power, responsible for managing more than $3 billion in purchases for 11 AEP operating companies. He managed procurement for generation, transmission, distribution and enterprise requirements, including material, equipment and related services.
In addition, Steward served as chairman and board member of the Utility Purchasing Management Group, an 86-year-old industry organization that shares emerging practices to improve supply chain management. He has over 30 years of Supply Chain experience.
He received his Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, Columbus, OH.
Jon DeGenova is a seasoned IT Manager with 17 years of experience managing engineering teams and 8 years of experience managing software development projects. His role involves gaining a thorough understanding of a client’s needs, proposing a cost effective solution, and managing the software development lifecycle using waterfall or agile methodologies. He is best known for bridging the communication gap that typically exists between developers and non-technical business professionals.
